#photoadayjuly-8 Lunch

Home made sweet and sour pork anyone??
I have been wanting to make this recipe for so long, Dada would always order this whenever we had Chinese take away (way back when, before diagnosis).

I was put off making it because I'm really not into the fried food thing, just all that oil-eeew!

But I cave, and it was soooo moreish (I guess all that oil and salt do those kinds of things)

Is there a recipe that you have on your wish list, something that just seems to hard, or to much??

I'd love to hear about them, maybe we could all do a cook off together!?!
